[Exim] sender_host_accept_relay

Someone had an example of doing pop-before-smtp with Exim,
but exim 3.03 does not seem to like the configuration
option sender_host_accept_relay, and host_accept_relay doesn't
work the way I expected. Is there any other option for me to
allow relaying from hosts listen in a text file?
