I've done a set of updates to the website info (hopefully the mirrors
should also have taken it by now), to update the version information
for exim 3.10 and put the 3.10 documentation online.
Additionally the RBL howto (
http://www.exim.org/howto/rbl.html ) has
been rehashed.
The changelog for 3.10 has also been put up, although needs
reformatting (I ran out of time).
Any problems found with this setup (especially if the comments come
with a fix) should be sent to me.
