From the Wish List:

(67) 20-Jan-99 M Recognize message larger than user's quota as special error
"Tabor J. Wells" <twells@???>

This would allow such messages to be bounced immediately. Is there a standard
way of finding out what a user's system-imposed quota actually is? If not, this
could be done only for Exim-imposed quotas.

Noted.
