[Exim] Exim Mail Queue admin for test.

Hello again,

I've written a mail queue admin for exim. If you want to test it and if you
have some wish please report.
Its devel version, under construction. So there is no help.
So:
q - quit
r - reread queue
a - about
e - exim command
space - (un)select queue
