Okay, i read FAQ and examples and maked this changes into exim.conf:
######################################################################
# TRANSPORTS CONFIGURATION #
######################################################################
# ORDER DOES NOT MATTER #
# Only one appropriate transport is called for each delivery. #
######################################################################
virtual_delivery:
driver = appendfile
group = mail
user = ${lookup{$local_part}lsearch{/etc/exim/${domain}.passwd}{$value}{fail}}
mode = 0660
file = /var/spool/mail/${domain}/${local_part}
######################################################################
# ROUTERS CONFIGURATION #
# Specifies how remote addresses are handled #
######################################################################
# ORDER DOES MATTER #
# A remote address is passed to each in turn until it is accepted. #
######################################################################
virtual_router:
driver=domainlist
transport=virtual_delivery
route_file=/etc/exim/virtual.domains
search_type=lsearch
