[Exim] local users => local, others to smart host

Hi

I would like to configure a system where all messages to local users (who has a passwd entry in the machine) are delivered as local mail and the rest of the messages are sent to smart host)

This way me-here@??? delivered locally but
me-not-here@??? delivered to smart host
