[Exim] 'db' suffix bahaviour changed ?

I expect this is in the README.UPDATING file - I did look, but
couldn't find - but moving from 3.032 (?) to 3.092 I found that
behaviour of looking up dbm files has changed to auto add the .db
suffix. In case I am suffering delusions, tell me, failing that can
someone else please verify it is in the docs somewhere...
