Sod all, the email in question arrived on relay2 and attempted to forward
it to relay1. Relay1 should only take the email in and forward via a
special routing rule directly to a sendmail box (I can't have that as the
primary MX because it's sendmail.cf is broken in various places and
horrible in the extreme).
Additionally there is only one recipient in the envelope, the rest
of the "To:" header is irrlevent as far as I'm concerned.
