[Exim] Router error

hello,

i've in the router section:

 lookuphost_mysql:
  driver = lookuphost
  domains = ${lookup mysql{select domain from mail_adm where 
                           domain='${domain}'}{$value}fail}
  self = local
  transport = mysql_delivery

==> when the last one fails (eg. nonexisting domain) i got in the
    panic_log:
lookuphost_mysql router: failed to expand "${lookup mysql{select domain
from mail_adm where domain='${do
main}'}{$value}fail}" lookup failed and "fail" requested: MYSQL: no data
found

but no error message is sent to the sender and the mail is in the queue
for ever...
i gues there is a syntax_error in the "domains = " line but i dont know
which one...
