Use "exim -bP director listtest" to be doubly sure that forward files
are not forbidden. Note also the security comments about :include: in
forward files in the manual, especially the one which says
(iii) If neither check_local_user nor directory is set when seteuid()
is not in use, then included files are not permitted.
