Seems to be...! :-) We've used it for the past couple of years with no
problems (yet!).
There is a whole chapter (chapter 49) relating to security, and chapter 40
relates to policy controls (relaying), in the manual.

If you mean the HELO/EHLO line, then it is configurable - see 'smtp_banner'
in the main configuration *chapter 11; p90).
