MMm... I don't see - generally speaking - how any information from the DNS
will tell if a machine is permanatly connected to the net.
Take the host u-sci.u-net.com,

Non-authoritative answer:

The host is just a dialup account - but it's DNS entries are no more
special than those of my desktop box at work which is indeed permenently
connected...
