[Exim] eximconfig added to my Exim RPMs

I added eximconfig to my Exim RPMs at:

http://www.mbergsma.demon.nl/RPMS/

Thanks to Mark Baker for supplying me with his Perl script.

I'd be glad to receive any reports about the (in)correct functioning of
the script, as I had to make a few slight modifications for compatibility
with RedHat.
