[Exim] how to prevent little windows in eximon

in eximon, when i do a delete, or force delivery, or whatever, it pops up
a new wonderful little informative window that i then have to manually
dismiss.

any way to prevent spawning of these little windows?

any way to select a whole bunch of messages to delete/deliver/whatever?
