Even more - guys from ORBS send mail _qualified_ with my domain:

manawatu.co.nz!orbs-relaytest@???

so disabling qualification will not help. I think, this is Exim's design
flaw - do some security checks _before_ rewriting. It must be done after
rewriting, when addresses in "normal form" (in terms of this particular
server)
