[Exim] +warn_unknown followup

Just thought of an additional tidbit; if a host gets in through
warn_unknown, then the log message(s) should include the HELO information,
or some other indicator of who the host said it was. That way we know who to
contact to tell them to get their reverse IPs in gear...
