IIRC, it is what Outlook/Outlook Express use to store formatting
information about how the mail is supposed to be displayed when viewed in
them (formatting, fonts, style, etc).

Also I've seen Outlook throw things like scheduling information
in there when you schedule a meeting with Outlook calendar.

One of my Outlook-using co-workers sends me stuff which in mutt looks
like:
