The testing release of Exim, in
ftp://ftp.cus.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programs/exim/Testing/exim-3.040.tar.gz
now has this functionality. Documentation in doc/NewStuff. I'd be
grateful if some LDAP gurus could test this and tell me whether I've
done it right or not. I've only got a toy database to experiment with.
