[Exim] Exim mirror in Norway

We here at the University of Oslo, Norway, are happy to announce that
we now are mirroring the Exim ftp and web site.

The mirrors are available at the following URLs, respectively:

The mirrors are currently updated twice a day, let me know if you
think that's not often enough (i.e. with Philip's development speed
and all :).
