You don't have to allow programs in .forward, it Just Works automagicly,
you can pass procmail arguments and do username-suffix a'la sendmail +
procmail as an LDA, you'd don't get the confusion of people assuming
exim .forward passes things to a shell and trying to set it up like
sendmail, etc, etc.
