[Exim] forcing retry from the command line

so i have composed a bunch of email on the plane. i hit an airport, wonder
into the lounge, and jack in. ppp connects. how do i tell exim to make all
the messages retryable on the next queue run?

-M requires a list of message ids
-Mt requires a list of message ids
-q it does not delivers messages whose retry time has not yet arrived
-qf this seems to be what i want
-qqf or even better yet!

am i correct?
