Tabor has given you info on how to tweak the timeouts. However if you
are seeing timeouts on end of data you have other problems - either
network related, or more likely you are talking to a system that is
doing online virus scanning of incoming mail. If this latter one is
the case then you should complain to the owners of that system and to
the suppliers of the software since they are abusing the SMTP specs to
make other systems wait for their long slow post processing of the mail.
