percent_hack_domains = !*

The local config is viewable at

http://hamster.wibble.org/exim.conf

It appears (but I could be wrong here) to be an artefact of the virtual
domain handling. It's not actually relaying but accepts the email
for delivery and rejects at a later point in the cycle (in the virtual
director).

Not a critical problem, but annoying.
