It isn't actually trying to deliver. It's looking up boom.com and
discovering this information:

boom.com.                MX 10 boom-com.mr.outblaze.com.
boom.com.                MX  0 mail.boom.com.
mail.boom.com.           A  202.77.183.45
A lookup for boom-com.mr.outblaze.com. yielded NXDOMAIN


The retry time for mail.boom.com hasn't in fact been reached. It can't
do anything with boom-com.mr.outblaze.com because there's no A record
available for it. So the message it logged is precisely accurate.
