Exim FAQ item Q9801 contains all I know about tpc.int. It looks as
though you have got 441813711150.iddd.tpc.int set up as a local domain
in Exim, but no director handling the local part remote-printer.foo. If
you run the above command with -d2 as well, it will show you the flow of
control through the directors.
