[Exim] secure deliveries

It's not directly exim related...

I need a save way to deliver mail:

A perl-cgi is called over a SSL http connection
and builds a mail which is passed to exim.

Here are some things that came to my mind to
implement this feature:

*) using ssh port forwarding - does that work
with exim?

*) setting up a new delivery which pipes
the mail and uses PGP for encryption

These are just rough ideas...
Any comments are appreciated!
