[Exim] Migration from MMDF to EXIM - HELP ??

Hello everybody,

we are planning to move to exim from mmdf on a SCO OS 5.0.4.
Is there a way to take over all the spooled mail files from mmdf
and also the user mailboxes ?
I ask, as we have about 500 mail users and server for 300+ domains.
