[Exim] Rewriting examples

Are there any address-rewriting examples handy?
I want to rewrite outgoing (ie local smtp) messages that say from
address 'ncropp' to say they are from 'Nick.Cropper' as the address
(but leave incoming messages, ie remote smtp, addresses untouched).
