A few years ago I might have said yes, but with IPv6 coming along, I
think it might be dangerous to make a special case of /32. Hmm. I
suppose one could check specifically for an IPv4 address, but in any
case, it then means you have to do two lookups (one with the /32 and one
without) which seems a bit wasteful.
Perhaps a better approach might be to invent something entirely
different to mean "use the IP address as the key". Maybe just "net"
without any following number?
