[Exim] CANCEL local_domains problem

A CAREFUL reading of spec.txt says that local_domains_add_host will
add the primary_hostname. I had set primary_hostname to hns.com.
What I really wanted was to leave primary_hostname unset and set
qualify_domain to hns.com. Now the local_domains_add_host works
correctly, and the local host name is recognized as local.
