[Exim] 3.02 serious problems with local_domains

Subject: [Exim] 3.02 serious problems with local_domains
After upgrading to 3.02 on i686-pc-linux-gnu I find local_domains is
seriously broken.

Neither "@" in local_domains nor local_domains_include_host works.
Only explicitly putting the local hostname into local_domains will
work.
