Not really - at least not reliably. How do you handle a MIME message -
if you just append a text chunk on the end it will be invisible to the
end use or maybe discarded by the MUA. You could break MIME or crypto
encapsulation.
In general you can't fiddle with message bodies in exim.
However your best bet is to add a message_filter to the external
transport. Be aware that you will probably significantly affect
performance.
