Yeh. So, I took out all the headers that eVote generates except for
the ones that weren't generated by exim and there is still no luck.
In fact, the log entries above are from this attempt. The three sets
of headers, as I understand it are :

1. The set for sending me the error message.

2. The set generated by exim from my call.

3. The set generated by eVote.

I can control #3 if you can tell me what will work. --- Marilyn
