Try turning on log_arguments in Exim, to see if it is actually receiving
that crucial -t argument.

Note - there is no To: header, therefore nowhere to get the recipient
from. The headers are being terminated because the next line is not a
valid header line - it seems to be a message-separator "From " line, but
without any date information. Somehow the message is being generated
incorrectly.
