[EXIM] Couple of problems with Filters

I have added the following to my filter.

if    $h_X-RBL-Warning: contains "http"
then
      mail to postmaster@??? from postmaster@???
      subject "Mail system issue: Your system is in an RBL" file
      /usr/exim/local/rblreject
endif

I have a couple of problems

1. How do I set the to 'domain' to be the domain of the sender ?

2.  How do I set the from 'domain' to the recipient domain (we get
    mail for more than one domain)

3.  What do I need to set in the config file to overcome the 
    message below ?

> 111zwk-0004ZS-00 == >postmaster@??? <message filter> > transporting defer (-1): No transport set by director
