No misunderstanding. Just configure the MTA to post to the first two,
using a domainlist router.

But what if one of the two is removed? What if they add two more with
preference 10? Or 15? Or 40? You have to keep watching what is going on
whatever you do. Therefore there is nothing to be gained by implementing
a horrible kludge for something you can already do by other means.
