FreeBSD 3.2-RELEASE comes with tcp_wrappers in the base system. This
means that Jim should have
/usr/include/tcpd.h
/usr/lib/libwrap.a
Jim would probably find all this a great deal easier to set up if he
used the FreeBSD ports system, in which case he'd have to edit one line
in ${PORTSDIR}/mail/exim/files/Makefile .
