If you use my cdbbuild analog, then the first one wins.... this is a
side effect of the cdb format, and may happen with any cdb builder.
Its possible there may be pathological cases (*lots* of identical keys)
where this rule does not apply - I've never really worked through it.

If you have an alias file that is lsearched then the first will
probably win (?)
