The netmask 255.255.255.0 limits addresses to 192.168.1.<x>. You want a
different netmask. 255.255.0.0 will allow relaying from 192.168.<x>.<x>.

For more complex masks, a TCP/IP book on IP addressing is recommended!

to allow and we could help out!)
