[EXIM] Smart Route Setup and Configuration

Hello all. I am currently running v 2.05. I am going to be setting up a new 3.02
gateway. This is the route that I use in the config file for the 2.05. Has it
changed in 3.02?? I have tried this under v.3 and it does not see the route.
