[EXIM] Exim behind a firewall

I have exim installed behind a firewall. The exim machine has no access
to DNS, and is supposed to be SMTP/POP3 server for people behind the fw,
and let them exchange mail with the Internet. Incoming mail is accepted
by sendmail (running on the fw), and forwarded to exim. How do I need to
configure exim to move outgoing mail to sendmail, and from there to the
internet?
