No. It delivers ~230 messages which are all in that very same message.
Exim does *NOT* fail.

Exim is creating an empty *bounce*. Here it is again, I'll preface my
comments with ##.

The following error message was delivered to the bounce address
for the list 'pmmail' from 'MAILER-DAEMON@???'.
You are receiving this because you have the CCERRORS flag set.
## The above is the Listar message. I know it is for the PMMail mailing
## list because all bounces return to pmmail-bounce and are handled
## by the bounce code in Listar. Listar also returns the bounce, verbatim,
## below.

## See, it is an empty bounce message from Exim to pmmail-bounce.
## It says there were errors but does not list a single one.

Correct, nothing in any of the three logs.

Exim could at least include *TEXT* in the bounce. The exit code was 0.
It accepted the message fine, delivered to the ~230 messages and then created
an empty bounce message which it then delivered to Listar.

Sorry, just that when someone points out the obvious I kinga get a bit
bent because I feel they are mocking me needlessly.
