I guess it depends on the application. Mine is generating email
messages from scripts (notifications, etc).

Sometime I want to have one set of envelope recipients, but a different
(specific) header. Like on the occasion when we send a massmail (to OUR
customers, on OUR server), I like it to say: "To: xxxx Customer :;"
