I see no mention to always_bcc in my /etc/exim.conf and I assume it is
false by default; also I guess if always_bcc were set then an empty
"Bcc:" would have been added..

some more info:

- there were 13 adresses specified in the command line;

- exim was beeing called from inside a .procmailrc:

- $ uname -a
