[EXIM] "Reply-to: " and header verification.

Someone is trying to send one of my users mail and the message has an
empty (or rather, one space after it) Reply-To: header and is being
rejected:

I've mailed postmaster@ the site that is leaving these headers in,
(it's one of the free web mail wassnames, where you can't actually put
anything in the reply-to: as a workaround) but is this technically
invalid ?

822 says if the reply-to: exists then its contents should be used as
the return address which implies that no contents is invalid but
"be open in what you accept" and all that ...
