[EXIM] exim dying

Hi

I have recently started to have a problem wthexim dying. We get lots of
messages in the spool being marked as frozen. Nothing seems special
about these.

Exim just dies, and when you try to connect to port 215, it just says
too many smtp connections.

Anybody have any ideas, or whats the best way to debug it
