It appears to be a header problem. Example:

MAIL From:<MCLAU009@???>

Just keeps going and going and going for 1,000's of addresses

Sounds kind of hairy does anyone have a example of this kind of setup?
It seems to die at about 1000 addresses. Also would the max_rcpt fix
the problem?
