[EXIM] Libgdbm 1.8.0.

Hallo all,

Did anyone have any experiences with the new GNU libgdbm 1.8.0 yet? Exim
2.12 compiled cleanly against it ( a ndbm.h wrapper is included ) and
seems to run fine, but I wonder if it's any faster than 1.7.3?
