[EXIM] logging ETRN requests from bad/wrong hosts?

I've checked the FAQ and doc for 2.12 and am non the wiser. I have only
recently looked at this (we have 2 users, one of whom is myself :-),
who have a requirement). If a host that is not listed connects and gets
a 458, this is not logged anywhere I can find. Is there an option to
get this logged?
