[EXIM] aliases files and qualify_domain

I hope this isn't a FAQ but I couldn't spot it. Point me to it if it is!

With a virtual domain [separate] alias file, how can you make unqualified
addresses be qualified by that domain when your configure file states
"qualify_domain=some.thing.else"? It would make my aliases files look much
cleaner.
